Mental health counseling services provide a supportive and collaborative space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with the guidance of a licensed therapist.
Therapy is designed to support emotional wellness, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and promote meaningful personal growth.
Services may address concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health needs.

Through DLOH Consulting, LLC, I provide consultation, trainings, and wellness programming for organizations, behavioral health agencies, and community groups.
My work focuses on supporting mental health awareness, strengthening communication, and offering practical, engaging resources that promote overall well-being that can be applied in both professional and community settings.

Psychoeducational materials are informational resources designed to increase access to mental health knowledge and support. They are created to enhance understanding of mental health conditions, coping strategies, and treatment options.
These materials are available in various formats, including handouts, brochures, digital content, and video/audio resources.
As a clinician, I noticed a need for relatable and easy-to-understand mental health resources for the populations I serve. To help bridge that gap, I developed materials that support both client care and broader community education. While not a substitute for therapy, they are designed to complement treatment and promote greater mental health awareness.
Listen to The DLOH: Your Mental Health Toolkit for additional sychoeducational content!
These materials are suitable for individual use, schools, organizations, newsletters, and community programming.
