Our licensed therapist is partnered with Headway and is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. For those with these insurance providers, we can directly bill your insurance, and you'll only be responsible for any copayments, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses based on your plan.
For clients who are not using insurance, we offer private pay options with competitive rates.
Payments for each appointment will be processed through Headway by debit, credit card, or ACH transfer.
Please reach out if you have any questions about insurance coverage or payment options, and We are happy to assist you!
An intake session is a more in-depth, initial meeting where we gather important background information, discuss your goals, and assess any relevant history or current challenges. This session helps establish a solid foundation for our work together and typically carries a separate fee due to the additional time and detailed focus required.
A standard session is focused on ongoing therapy, where we address specific issues you’re working on and make progress toward your goals. It’s a shorter session compared to the intake, as we’re focused on applying strategies and continuing the work from previous sessions.
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Group therapy is sometimes used alone, but it is also commonly integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan that also includes individual therapy.
